Prices:

For a 7 night stay from Saturday to Saturday:

From £200 in low season to £415 for 'special' weeks e.g.Christmas.  Ring or e-mail for details.

Short breaks of 3 nights,(weekend) or 4 nights (mid-week) may be available by arrangement.

The prices are per week for 2 people and include linen, towels, central heating and electricity.

 Booking Details:

We ask for a £50 non-refundable, holding deposit on booking.  The remainder must be paid by cheque 6 weeks before your arrival.  We regret that we cannot take credit card or bank transfer .

When we receive your deposit we will send you a letter detailing your booking together with details of the balance due and the date it should be paid.

A reminder will be sent for your convenience. Instructions on how to find us and any other relevant information will also be sent.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are covered by insurance in case of cancellation, although we will try to re-let and refund wherever possible.

 Occupancy and Use:

Over 21's only please

Only those named in the booking details may use the property and the owners reserve the right to refuse or to evict any persons that, in their opinion, behave unsuitably or cause nuisance or damage or whose pets are uncontrolled or do likewise.

We ensure that everything is in perfect working order and all present and correct at the start of your stay, please leave the property clean and tidy as you find it.

Breakages should be reported to us straight away so that hopefully you will not be inconvenienced and we ask that any accidentally damaged items are replaced or paid for.

The barn and balcony are non-smoking for all our guests' comfort and in line with recent legislation, however there is a 'smoker's seat' under the balcony.

Arrival and Departure:

You should aim to arrive between 4pm. and 4:30pm. on your arrival day.

Please contact by phone if your arrival is going to be any later.

Please vacate the property by 10am. on leaving day so that we have time to prepare it for the next guests.

Please leave the property clean and tidy, as you found it.

Check that you have not left anything of your's behind and not inadvertantly taken anything of our's with you !

Canine visitors:

We are happy to allow well behaved dogs to stay but ask that you agree to the following rules:-

 Dogs must stay in the downstairs room and not be allowed up the stairs at any time.

They must be controlled at all times and not allowed to roam free ouside the property and be taken off site to exercise and 'toilet'; there are quiet lanes and footpaths outside the gates.

They must not be left in the property alone unless they are in the indoor pen supplied.

 

We do not make any extra charge for dogs but ask that you respect the rules for the comfort of future guests who may have allergies and because we have  dogs of our own, (though not roaming free), free ranging chickens and often sheep on the property.
